Dhiren Doshi-Smith
As a queer, British Indian man with ADHD, Dhiren has lived in the intersection of difference — and found freedom in authenticity.
He knows what it's like to feel unseen and to try to conform, and now talks and writes about diversity and mental health, inviting people to stop performing and start belonging.
Whether in corporate spaces, conferences, or community events, his goal is always the same: to make honesty contagious, and to maximise the potential of people.

“I speak about what it means
to be fully yourself, in a world that often
tells you not to be, and how
this can maximise your potential
at work and in life.”
Dhiren helps organisations transform their working
environments into places where everyone can fully maximise their potential.

Creating conversations that
change how we see ourselves and
each other.
Authentic, audience-engaging & focused.

Drawing on lived-experience and training
Themes and topics
Dhiren focuses on topics he's lived, using his experiences as a qualified Therapeutic Counsellor, work in the third-sector, and having grown up as a queer, British Indian man with ADHD. Generally, these form four overlapping themes...
Authenticity & Mental Health
What happens when we stop trying to ‘fix’ ourselves and start listening? Exploring the link between authenticity, wellbeing, and resilience—especially in high-pressure environments.
Queer & POC Experiences
Conversations that hold complexity and courage. I share lived experience and insight on intersectionality, representation, and the power of radical visibility.
Neurodiversity & ADHD
Understanding brains that work differently—and why inclusion means designing systems that flex, not people who mask.
Creating Safer Spaces
How leaders and teams can build environments where difference feels like belonging, not risk.
